  A purchase or payment will not increase your chances of winning.

• Eligibility
  The Driven Hunter Ultimate Spring Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is open only to legal residents of the United States of America and the District of Columbia, as well as legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec) (collectively, “Eligible Participants”).
  Participants must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry.

• How to Enter
  Eligible Participants can enter the Giveaway using one of the following methods:

  • Purchase Entry: Purchase clothing items or merchandise from Driven Hunter’s store. Each dollar spent counts as one entry into the Giveaway. For example, a $50 purchase results in 50 entries.

  • Ticket Bundle Purchase: Purchase a ticket bundle as specified on the Driven Hunter website for a designated number of entries.

  • Free Entry: Subscribe to the Driven Hunter newsletter to receive one free entry.

• Entry Period
  The Giveaway begins in March 2025 and ends on 05/31/2025 (the “Entry Period”).
  Entries received before or after the Entry Period will not be considered.

• Winner Selection
  Winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received.
  Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

• Prizes
  The prizes consists of 4 spring hunting packages.
  The specifics of the prize are subject to change and availability. (May not be exact item pictured)

• General Conditions
  By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsors, which are final and binding in all respects.
  All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.
  The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is not in compliance with these rules or is deemed to be tampered with or otherwise in violation of the terms and conditions.

• Release
  By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Driven Hunter, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, and damages arising out of or in connection with participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

• Privacy
  Personal information collected from entrants will be used solely for the purpose of administering this Giveaway and in accordance with Driven Hunter’s privacy policy.

• Governing Law
  The Giveaway is governed by the laws of Minnesota, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

• Sponsor
  The Giveaway is sponsored by Driven Hunter.
